摘    要:针对舞钢100 mm厚13MnNiMoR钢板厚度1/2处-20℃低温冲击性能不合现象,从钢板生产工艺、组织和冲击断口等方面展开分析研究。结果表明,13MnNiMoR钢板厚度1/2处低温冲击性能不合系热处理、组织、晶粒度以及坯料中偏析和夹杂物共同作用的结果。

Abstract:In view of unqualified -20 ℃ impact toughness at 1/2 thickness of 100 mm 13MnNiMoR steel plateproduced by Wugang, the paper carries out research and analysis on various aspects of production process, microstruc-ture and impact fracture of steel plate. The results show that the unqualified low temperature impact toughness at 1/2thickness of 13MnNiMoR steel plate are caused jointly by heat treatment, microstructure, grain size, segregation andinclusions in slab.
