调质高强钢WQ960E性能影响因素的研究分析

摘    要:通过设计合适的化学成分和生产工艺,成功生产出30 mm和50 mm厚度规格的WQ960E钢板,产品的强韧性匹配良好;同时利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪等设备,对钢板金相组织、夹杂物及冲击试样断口等进行了分析,并对影响钢板性能的因素进行了讨论。

Abstract:By means of rational chemical composition design and production process,Wugang successfully develops 30 mm and 50 mm thickness WQ960E steel plate with good matching between strength and toughness. With metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer,the paper analyzes the microstructure, inclusion and impact specimen fracture and discusses the factors influencing steel plate properties.
