摘    要:统计分析了07MnNiMoDR钢板性能和工艺的对应关系,研究了轧制和热处理工艺对钢板冲击韧性的影响。板厚1/2处的变形渗透不足和淬透能力不足是影响冲击韧性的主要原因。通过优化轧制和热处理工艺,钢板性能稳定性得到提高。

Abstract:The article statistically analyzes the correspondence between mechanical properties of 07MnNiMoDRsteel plate, studies the effects of rolling and heat treatment processes on impact toughness. The results of the analysisand study reveal that insufficient penetration deformation and weak hardenability at 1/2 position of plate thickness arethe main factors influencing impact toughness. The mechanical properties of the steel plate are stabilized by applyingoptimized rolling and heat treatment processes.
