聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管的合成及电化学行为

摘    要:在含有多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)溶液中电化学氧化吡咯(Py)制得聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管(PPy/MWCNT)导电复合膜。研究了聚合温度、电流密度、吡咯浓度对PPy/MWC-NT复合膜沉积量的影响,采用交流阻抗谱(EIS)法研究了该导电复合膜的电化学行为,并用扫描电子显微镜对其表面形貌进行了观察。实验结果表明,随着温度的降低、电流密度及吡咯浓度的增大,复合膜沉积量变大。与纯PPy膜相比,PPy/MWCNT复合膜有更好的电子传递行为,而复合膜表面更加粗糙、疏松。

Abstract:The conducting composite films of Polypyrrole(PPy) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) were synthesiszed by electrochemical polymerization in 0.1 mol/L aqueous solution of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)containing 1mg MWCNT.The deposited weight,electrochemical behavior,and morphology of these composite films had been studied by ultramicro balance,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and scanning electron microcopy(SEM).The reaction temperature,current density and the concentration of the pyrrole monomer strongly relate to the weight of the composite films.The weight of the composite films increases with the decrease of temperature and the increase of current density and pyrrole monomer concentration.Multiwalled carbon nanotubes in the composite films have an important effect on EIS curses.In contrast to pure PPy film,PPy/MWCNT conducting composite film exhibites an improved charge transition,and the surface morphology of the PPy/MWCNT film is more coarse and loose.
