58SiMn钢热压缩过程中的再结晶行为模拟

摘    要:利用Gleeble1500热模拟实验机对58SiMn钢进行了单道次和双道次热压缩实验,得到在不同变形条件下的应力应变曲线,根据实验数据计算得到了58SiMn钢的动态、静态及亚动态再结晶和晶粒长大数学模型。借助Deform-3D软件对一组双道次热压缩实验进行了模拟,并与实际不同区域的晶粒尺寸进行比较,以验证其组织转变模型。

Abstract:True stress-strain curves of 58SiMn steel at deformation conditions are investigated by using single and double-pass hot compression methods.With regression of the experimental data,the mathematical models of dynamic,static and meta-dynamic recrystallization and grain-growth are obtained by calculating.The double-pass hot compression of 58SiMn steel is simulated by Deform-3D software,and predicted results are approximately in accordance with the practical case.
