On the Detailed Management of Landscape Construction Costs in Jianghan Oil Field

Landscape engineering has become an immediate concern among general public of Jianghan Oil Field which highlights the importance of refined project costs management.There are several problems regarding the construction costs of landscape engineering projects in Jianghan,namely as immature designing plans,a lack of competition among design divisions,overlooking layout patterns during early planning,excessive costs due to out-of-season construction and difficulties in costs control caused by insufficient pre-investigations.To address these problems,the authority should promote quota design and call for bids,conform to layout rules in planning while pursuing best effects,review designing plans publicly to monitor costs,measure settlement standard of out-of-season construction,and strengthen costs management throughout construction.
