全液压转向器流场特性分析与结构改进

摘    要:基于全液压转向器在使用过程中振动、噪声大的问题,从转向器内部流场角度入手,采用流体动力学软件FLUENT对转向器内部进行流场特性的分析,得到了转向器的速度及压力分布图,通过分析,找出产生振动、噪声的原因。提出了转向器内部流道的改进方案,并对改进后的流道模型再次进行分析,显示流场特性得到了改善,从而验证了方案的可行性,为转向器的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Full hydraulic power steering unit tends to cause noise and vibration in its working. From the internal flow field point of view, the unit is analyzed by FLUENT to study the flow field characteristic of the unit.And the velocity distributions and pressure distributions are obtained. Through the comparison of the distributions, the reason for noise and vibration are found. And the measure of the improvement is proposed. The result of the modified models show that the flow field characteristic is improved. Thus the feasibility of the improvement measure is verified. That can provide reference for the optimization of the unit.
