摘    要:基于弹性流体动力润滑理论,利用Dowson-Higginson公式推导出渐开线直齿轮基本参数与最小油膜厚度计算关系式,并通过MATLAB软件编程绘制出相应的关系曲线图,分析了传动比、模数、重合度、齿宽系数等齿轮传动参数对齿轮副润滑油膜厚度的影响,从而揭示了齿轮传动参数与齿轮副润滑性能之间的关系,为弹流润滑条件下齿轮传动的设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the theory of Elasto Hydrodynamic Lubrication(EHL),the correlation between the basic parameters and minimum film thickness is deduced by using the formula of Dowson-Higginson,and the corresponding curve diagram is drawn with the help of MATLAB software.The curve diagram shows the influence law of gear’s transmission ratio,modulus,coincidence degree,tooth width coefficient on the minimum film thickness.So it reveals the relationship between the gear parameters and its lubrication performance,and provides a theoretical basis of gear transmission design under the condition of EHL.
