对江汉油田风险管理文化建设的思考

风险管理文化是在风险管理活动中提炼、形成的集风险理念、风险价值观和风险防范于一体的人文文化,是企业文化的重要内容。健康向上的风险管理文化必将释放导向、约束、凝聚、激励功效,有效提升企业风险管理制度执行力与效果。建设江汉油田风险管理文化的主要路径包括四个方面的内容:一是打造本土化的风险管理文化;二是营造全员参与的风险管理文化;三是坚持以人为本;四是加强风险管理文化的推广与传授。

Reflection of the Development of Risk Management Culture in Jianghan Oilfield

Risk management culture is a humanism culture which has been refined from the risk management activity and is composed of risk philosophy,risk value and risk prevention.It is an important content in enterprise culture.A healthy and progressive risk management culture will surely play an important role in guiding,restraint,cohesion and encouragement and promote executive force and effect of enterprise risk management system.Building risk management culture in Jianghan Oilfield should follow four steps: first is to localize it;second is to create an atmosphere of total involvement;third is to insist on people first and fourth is to further expand it.
