| 摘 要： | 近年来学生就业形势严峻,地方应用型高校有必要进行应用型计算机人才培养模式改革,其中师资队伍建设是关键。在分析目前计算机科学与技术专业应用型本科师资队伍建设中存在的问题的基础上,着重从3方面提出提高教师实践能力、加强师资队伍建设的具体措施,并取得一定成效。

| Abstract: | The employment situation is severe in recent years.Therefore,it is essential for local application-oriented colleges and universities to reform on application-oriented IT talent training model,in which teaching staff construction is the key.Current issues which exist in computer science and technical major teaching staff construction are analyzed firstly,then on this base three approaches and specific measures focused on strengthening practical ability of teachers and teaching staff construction are proposed.Practice has proved that these methods are effective. |
