摘    要:采用自增强技术制备了渔用自增强高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)单丝,通过广角X-射线衍射(WAXD)、声速法等比较了渔用自增强HDPE单丝和普通HDPE单丝的取向结构及力学性能。结果表明,渔用自增强HDPE单丝比普通HDPE单丝的晶面间距、晶胞参数和微晶尺寸稍大,结晶度、取向度、声速取向因子、断裂强度、结节强度和结强损失率增加。

Abstract:Self-reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) monofilaments for fishing were prepared by using self-reinforced technique. The oriented structures and mechanical properties of self-reinforced HDPE and common HDPE monofilaments for fishing were compared by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), sonic velocity method, SC 5005 standard, etc. The results indicated that compared with common HDPE monofilaments for fishing, self-reinforced HDPE monofilaments got slight bigger in crystalline sizes, unit cell parameters and crystal plane spacing. Besides, the self-reinforced HDPE monofilaments for fishing were higher than the common HDPE monofilaments in crystallization, oriented degree, orientation factor, breaking strength, knot breaking strength and rate of loss of knot breaking strength, respectively.
