提高非标高强度弹簧钢丝质量的有效途径

摘    要:介绍影响钢丝扭转性能的因素,通过控制原材料质量,制定合适的热处理工艺,严格控制炉温的均匀性,延长磷化时间,采用小道次压缩率、多道次拉拔并加强冷却,避免模子超差,使非标高强度弹簧钢丝的一次合格率从71.5%提高到88.7%,创造了一定的经济效益。

Abstract:To introduce factors affecting torsion property of steel wire. First pass rate of nonstandard high strength spring steel wire is raised from 71.5% to 88.7% by controlling quality of raw material, making reasonable heat treatment process, controlling strictly uniformity of furnace temperature, prolonging phosphating time, adopting small pass draught and multi - pass drawing and strengthening cooling to avoid drawing die error. It gains certain economy benefit.
