摘    要:以淀粉(S)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用氧化还原引发体系,合成r接枝共聚物S-DMDAAC-AM.考察了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂浓度、单体配比等因素对接枝共聚体系的接枝率、接枝效率和絮凝效果等因素的影响.试验结果表明,最优条件为淀粉(S):单体总量=3.5 g∶10.5 g,反...

Abstract:Starch(S),diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),acrylamide(AM) as raw materials,using redox initiator system,the graft copolymers S-DMDAAC-AM was synthesized.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,initiator concentration,monomer ratio on the graft copolymerization of grafting ratio,grafting efficiency,and flocculation and other factors were investigated.The results showed that optimum conditions for starch(S) ∶ monomer volume=3.5g ∶ 10.5g,reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 4h,initiator concentration and 0.035g,monomer ratio AM ∶ DMDAAC=7 ∶ 3.Under the condition,the average grafting rate G was 144.26%,the average grafting efficiency GE was 82.65%,the average light transmission rate of sewage treatment was 69.37%.
