热塑性淀粉类缓冲材料模压成型工艺参数的试验研究

摘    要:采用模压成型制备了热塑性淀粉缓冲材料,利用正交实验方法,研究了成型时材料的含水率、初始压力、初始温度、定型压力、最终温度、定型时间、保温时间等7个工艺参数对纯淀粉缓冲材料的密度及24h后密度变化的影响.

Abstract:The theromplastic starch cushion material was prepared through compression molding.Orthogonal experimental technique method was used to study seven molding process parameters,such as the moisture content of materials,the molding initial pressure and temperature,stereotypes pressure,the final temperature,stereotyping time,and holding time had impact on the density of the cushion material and density changes after 24h of the cushion material.
