摘    要:利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术分析了两种热模拟单向压缩条件下(变形温度为1 050℃,应变速率为0.1 s-1和变形温度为1 150℃,应变速率为1s-1)2507超级双相不锈钢的微区取向分布.结果表明:实验钢的铁素体在两种实验条件下均可形成〈001〉和〈111〉织构;奥氏体在变形温度为1 150℃,应变速率为1 ...

Abstract:Local orientations distribution of the hot deformed 2507 super duplex stainless steel was determined by electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD) technique.Results show that 〈001〉 and 〈111〉 textures developed in ferrite grains under both two different conditions.More Σ3 coincidence site lattice(CSL) special grain boundaries could be obtained under the condition of 1 150 ℃ and the strain rate of 1s-1.Dynamic recrystallization of ferrite grains and austenite grains were detected in the tested steels under two different test conditions.Austenite formation was observed at ferrite grain boundaries and grains interior.
