| 摘 要： | 以硝酸异山梨酯为模型药物,研究脉冲片并考察其体外释药特性。采用薄膜包衣法,以乙基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂（EudragitL100）为包衣材料,聚乙二醇6000（PEG6000）为增塑剂,制备硝酸异山梨酯10mg的脉冲片;通过体外释药性实验,考察处方中各因素对脉冲片体外释放的影响。结果表明,片芯崩解剂种类、包衣液组成及衣层厚度均影响硝酸异山梨酯的脉冲释放。该制剂在体外延迟释放时间为5h,时滞后2.5h,累计释药超过90%（相对于标示量的比例）。可见,硝酸异山梨酯脉冲片在体外具有脉冲释放特性。
