广州亚运会移动通讯指挥中心:广东全球通大厦新址

<正>随着广州亚运的临近,广州珠江新城CBD核心区的建设日益完善。通过近五年的建设,作为CBD核心区重要一员、广州亚运会移动通讯指挥中心的广东全球通大厦新址亦顺利于亚运前竣工及投入使用,将为广州亚运会提供移动通讯保障服务。设计借助CBD核心区的环境条件、交通系统及配套功能,整合内部空间资源,进行过可持续发展的有机组合,创造中移动集团广东公司的企业形象,协调周边乃至整个区域的发展,为企业提供高效、舒适、健康的办公场所。

COMMUNICATION HEADQUARTER OF 2010 ASIAN GAMES: THE DESIGN OF NEW GUANGDONG MOBILE COMMUNICATION CORPORATION BUILDING

As 2010 Asian Games approaches,a new Guangdong Mobile Communication Corporation（GMCC）building will be completed and put in use,which will provide mobile communication service for 2010 Asian Games. With the help of matching functions of CBD core,the design of GMCC incorporates space sources and provides an efficient,comfortable and healthy office space for GMCC.Moreover,GMCC building will promote the development of the surrounding area. New GMCC building lies in the CBD core area of Guangzhou city.The total site area is 16,640 sq.m.and total floor area is 120,000 sq.m., New GMCC building consists of comprehensive administration office（facility area included）,exhibition and meeting area,staff area,service and property maintenance area,underground garage（also as aerial defense） and mechanic equipment area. The site plan fully considered the axis and space relationship in CBD core area. Four functional modules surround a courtyard and form three kinds of areas- open area,semi-open area and private area,which is convenient for administration and the connection of three kinds of spaces.This space layout not only settles the inner flown line,but also correspond the walking system of CBD core area.As a result,the site area is more efficient and vigorous. The plan fully considered how to melt this building into city public space,With the penetration of building＇s inner and outer area,the building melts into the city＇s overall layout,which makes the inner space linked and enriches space levels. Energy saving measures is fully considered in the process of plan.The plan adopts building auto-control system,auto-lighting system,window shading system,photoelectricity solar energy,water collection system etc for sustainable development and typical ＂Green Office＂ design concept.
