摘    要:本文用井式渗碳炉,研究了20CrMnTi渗碳钢渗碳淬火的工艺参数,采用理化、量化测试手段,研究了渗碳淬火工艺参数对20CrMnTi钢齿轮的微观组织、力学性能、显微硬度及残余应力的影响,测量了残留奥氏体和渗碳浓度分布,确定了最佳的渗碳温度和保温时间等渗碳工艺参数,减低了生产成本。

Abstract:In this paper,process parameters of carburizing and quenching for 20CrMnTi carburizing steel are studied by pit carburizing furnace,and their influence on microstructure,mechanical properties,micro-hardness and residual stress is researched by physics and chemistry,quantity testing methods for 20CrMnTi steel gear.The residual austenite and the concentration distribution are measured,the best carburizing temperature and holding time etc.carburizing process parameters are determined,so as to reduce production...
