摘    要:研究了P/Mg比、骨料砂/粉比、液/粉比对石英磷酸盐包埋料流动性和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,当P/Mg比为1,5,液/粉比为0.44时材料的综合性能最好。

Abstract:The effects of P/Mg(phosphor/magnesium) ratio,coarse sand/fine sand ratio in aggregates,as well as water/powder ratio on the strength and fluidity of phosphate-bonded silica investment were investigated.The results indicate that the material with P/Mg ratio 1.5 and water/power ratio 0.44 has the best performance.
