射孔参数对套管强度影响有限元分析

摘    要:在不同的孔密、孔径和相位角情况下,应用板壳弹性体线性理论模型,对射孔套管进行了有限元分析,并对射孔套管强度的影响程度进行了计算。结果表明:孔密小于32孔/米时,套管强度的影响程度不大;孔径小于16mm时,套管强度的影响程度可以忽略;90°相位角套管强度影响程度最低。

Abstract:At different hole density, aperture and phase angle, the model of plate shell elastomer linear theory is used lo analyze the finite element of the perforated casing, and the effect on perforated casing strength is calculated.The result shows that when the hole density is less than 32 hole/meter, there is little impact upon casing strength; when the aperture is less than 16mm, the impact can be neglected; there is least impact when the phase angle is 90°.
