摘    要:通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析研究了经盐浴镀Ti和化学镀Ni和Cu处理的人造金刚石表面形貌、镀层界面的结构和组成,并研究了镀膜金刚石在Ni—Al自蔓延高温反应体系中的变化。发现盐浴镀Ti的金刚石的镀层界面结构致密;镀膜金刚石可以经受Ni—Al自蔓延高温并保持较好的形态。

Abstract:The surface morphology,the interface microstructure of the plating layer and the constitution of diamond were examined by SEM and X ray diffraction after the salt bath Ti plating and electroless Ni and Cu plating.The reaction of the non plating diamond and metal plating diamond on Ni Al self propagating high temperature system was studied as well.It was found that the interface of the diamond in the salt bath Ti plating layer was closer than that of Ni and Cu plating diamond.The plated diamond can stand the high temperature of Ni Al self propagating system and keep good shape.
