| 摘 要： | 全自动电容器焊接排板机以四工位间歇回转工作台为中心,自动完成电容器素子的上料、定位、引线焊接、排板和涂硅油等生产加工过程。介绍了该机在系统构成、加工流程及计算机控制等方面的设计思想,整机采用模块化机械结构、PLC程序控制、单片机熔接参数调整和触摸显示屏操作监控,和国内同类机器相比具有先进、高效、可靠、使用方便的性能特点。

| Abstract: | The core of the automatic machine for welding and lining up capacitors is intermittent rotative worktable with four stations.It can automatically complete a series of production processes,such as delivering elements,orientation,welding of down-lead,lining up and besmearing silicon oil.This paper introduces some design ideologies about the structure of mechanic system,process and computer control system.The whole machine adopts modular mechanical structure,program control with PLC,the welding parameter adjusted by SCM,operation and surveillance control with touched display,so it is more advanced,highly efficient,reliable and convenient compared with similar machines at home. |
