线性摩擦焊设备液压伺服系统的设计

摘    要:液压式线性摩擦焊是将电液伺服控制技术运用到线性摩擦焊接领域的一种先进制造技术.分析线性摩擦焊设备的工作原理,针对系统工作状况设计了一套液压伺服系统,采用一个小流量的伺服阀在振动过程中实现实时位置闭环控制,振动停止后将振动缸位置精确定位是该系统的设计特点.同时针对液压系统中关键元件振动伺服阀进行了大量的设计计算、对比及仿真实验,从而选出适合该系统的伺服阀.该液压系统的设计为线性摩擦焊设备的研制提供了参考.

Abstract:Hydraulic linear friction welding is an advanced manufacturing technology in which hydraulic servo control technology is applied to the field of linear friction welding.The work principle of linear friction welding equipment was analyzed.A hydraulic servo system was designed aiming at the working conditions.The characteristic of this system is adopting a small valve to realize position closed loop control and carry out precise location.The key component vibration servo valve was selected by calculating,contrasting and simulating.This design provides reference for the development of linear friction welding machine.
