| 摘 要： | 对新焊轮的材料、结构设计，水银密封等进行了研究。新研制的焊轮制罐产量和使用寿命达到了进口焊轮的质量。在不改变原焊接工艺参数的情况下，空罐的焊缝质量良好。

| Abstract: | The material of the welding roller for the electric resistance weld of the empty can, the design of the new roller's construction and the tighted sealing of the mercury in the roller et. were studied. The production of the can and the lifetime of this welling roller was as satisfied as the imported welding roller. The welding qualit was good without changing original welding techonological parameters. |
