| 摘 要： | 利用特殊配置的石膏类似物(Gesso Derivatives)将所需加工的精密不规则工件进行包裹(本文考虑的一般加工工件的材质为45#钢),石膏类似物能够很好的与工件表面进行物理性粘合,从而将整个工件包裹于石膏类似物中。随后将包裹物整体加工成规则形状,夹持于机床上进行加工。运用模糊理论根据待加工工件的参数确定石膏类似物的具体类型,以满足高精度加工的要求。
