电渣重熔控制H13钢中夹杂物研究

摘    要:H13钢是热作模具钢中应用最广泛的钢种之一,夹杂物对其性能有危害作用.用金相显微镜、扫描电镜对电渣重熔工艺控制H13钢中夹杂物进行了研究.结果表明:电渣重熔后夹杂物尺寸和数量均有所减少,但产生了新的TiN类夹杂物,形状为三角形和四边形形状.

Abstract:H13 steel is one of the most widely using steel in hot working die steels.Inclusions have harmful effects on H13 steel properties.The ESR technology controlling inclusions in H13 steel are studied by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the size and number of inclusions are decreased after ESR.But the TiN inclusions are formed,and their shapes are triangle and quadrangle.
