分轨驱动往复活塞式无油压缩机的开发研究

摘    要:为了减少活塞及密封皮碗对气缸的侧压力,提出一种新型分轨驱动往复活塞式无油空气压缩机,该机采用双缸错位对置布局,一对活塞与连杆做成整体结构,在连杆的中部设置有相互错位且平行的两条导轨,曲柄销通过两个轴向串接的含油轴承各自独立地交替驱动相应的导轨,以此实现连杆及活塞的"往"与"返",从而形成分轨驱动各缸运行的态势。试验表明,分轨驱动往复活塞式压缩机的整机噪声指标较好,但轴承的寿命成为制约其工作寿命的关键因素。
