| 摘 要： | 采用含氟防粘涂料制作金属模具的防粘涂层，经过实验，确定了工艺流程和主要技术参数、工艺要点，研究了各种高分子聚合物以及在多种条件下的应用状况。试验结果表明，含氟防粘涂料具有功能多，满足多种温度下的加工、长期使用、不受模具复杂性的影响及不影响高分子材料的表观质量的特点。

| Abstract: | The antiadhesion coating comprising of fluorine was used for metal mould. The technological process, the technical parameters and technological essentials were made by experiments. The polymer materials were tested in some state. The results showed that the coating can be used for long time, it does not affect the surface quality of polymer materials. |
