摘    要:介绍将理论与有限元相结合进行三缸单作用柱塞泵十字头强度分析的方法,以某柱塞泵十字头为例阐述理论分析与有限元分析的过程,并找出它的了危险点位置及应力值,且结果与实际情况相吻合.此研究方法,对同类问题的解决具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:A method of strength analysis of crosshead of single acting triplex plunger pump is introduced, which is a combination of theoretical and finite element technique. An example is given to detail this method. From the calculating result, the maximum stress and its position have been obtained, and the result is consistent with the practice. The method in this paper will have reference value to the same type crossheads.
