云母粒径对云母／聚丙烯性能的影响

研究了云母填充改性聚丙烯(云母/PP)中云母粒径对其性能的影响。实验结果表明:云母粒径越小使得云母/聚丙烯材料强度提高越大、断裂伸长率增加,加工流动性变好;同时也促进和有利于聚丙烯结晶过程中的成核作用。

INFLUENCE OF PARTICLE SIZE ON PROPERTIES OF MICA FILLED POLYPROPYLENE

The influences of mica particle size on the mechanical properties of mica filled polypropylene were investigated. The experimental results showed that the smaller the mica particle size, the more the increase of the tensile strength of the mica filled polypropylene and the break elongation and the better the processing flow behavior. The nucleation ability of polypropylene in crystallization process were also enhanced.
