摘    要:综述了近年来天然产物特殊分离技术的研究进展,介绍了高速逆流色谱、超临界流体萃取、高效毛细管电泳、分子蒸馏、纳滤膜分离和大孔吸附树脂以及物理场的超声波和微波辅助萃取等技术的原理和应用,同时阐明了各种技术目前存在的主要问题及今后研究方向。

Abstract:The principle and application of some new techniques in the separation of natural product including high-speed counter-current chromatography,supercritical fluid extraction,high performance capillary electrophoresis,molecular distillation,nano-filtration membrane separation and macro-porous adsorption resin as well as physical field(ultrasound and microwave)-assisted extraction,are presented in detail respectively in this paper.The problems unsolved and the research orientations of these techniques in the future are discussed.
