| 摘 要： | 目前建设的电能量信息自动采集系统，虽然安装了自动化抄表系统，减轻了抄表的工作量，但无法判断表计运行情况是否正常．应用电能量信息自动采集系统，针对居民用户和工业用户，改进电能表接线方式，实现在线监测电能表运行状况．减少电量不明损失。
