摘    要:根据非等温DSC固化曲线,用外推不同升温速率下得到的动力学参数值至零升温速率的方法、Kissinger方程及Ozawa方程对改性双马来酰亚胺树脂4501A、4501B的固化反应动力学参数进行了计算。对动力学数据的分析表明,升温速率和反应物的组成均引起了动力学补偿效应(KCE)。通过详细的分析比较,并根据树脂在不同升温速率下的反应起始温度T_i、顶点温度T_p、终了温度T_f,提出了两种树脂的固化工艺参考温度T_(gel)、T_cure)T_(postcure)。

Abstract:The kinetic parameters of bismaleimide resins 4501A and 4501B are gained by Kissinger' s equation,Ozawa' s equation and the means of extrapolating the results calculated from DSC curves of various heating rates. It is found that the kinetic compensation effect (KCE) exists for the cure reactions of 4501A and 4501B because of the various heating rates and components. The curing reference temperatures Tgel,Tcure, Tpoatcure are adviced for both resins according to their initial reaction temperature, peak temperature and final temperature at different heating rates after detailed analysis and comparision.
