关节式坐标测量机标定体的结构仿真设计

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对提出的新型标定体的具体结构进行了仿真,对标定体的主要结构部分——底座与杆件分别进行了主要误差源的误差仿真分析;通过对不同结构参数的标定体杆件数据进行分析,从而对标定体的具体结构进行了优化并确定了误差范围。

Abstract:In this paper,the structure of a new artifact is simulated by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software.The structural simulation focuses on two parts: the base and poles,in the effects of main error sources.The effects of the different structural parameters in the artifact were analyzed,thus the specific structure of the artifact was optimized and the error range was determined.
