| 摘 要： | 房地产项目开发中，风险总是伴随着开发的全过程，开发商不能不承担风险。对每一个开发项目，开发商都应尽可能地弄清楚不确定因素对开发项目的影响，通过对房地产开发过程中有关风险因素的分析，提出了回避房地产开发各个阶段风险因素的一些手段。

Therefore, the developers. can not neglect but to under take the risk, identifying the effect of unseen elements on the project developemnt . Some measures to avoid risks at the different stages of the developmet through the analysis of the risks in the course of real estate development is proposed. |
