摘    要:本文报道用~(144)Ce(No_3)_3沾染不同深度的大鼠伤口所致各组织器官中~(144)Ce 的沉积率及其动态变化和实验治疗的研究结果。实验结果表明,内脏~(144)Ce 的沉积率随伤口的深度增加而增高,骨、肝等脏器的沉积率的对数与致伤后时间的对数间可拟合成抛物线型回归方程;伤口局部~(144)Ce 的残留率随致伤后时间的对数的变化可拟合成对数回归方程。伤口沾染~(144)Ce(No_3)_3的实验治疗以络合剂局部注射效果较好。

Abstract:After the wounds were contaminated with ~(144)Ce(NO_3)_3the dynamic distribution of ~(144)Ce in some viscera were observed.Basedon the depth of wound rats were divided into three groups i.e.skinscratch group,skin cut group and skin and muscle cut group.The resultshows that the deeper the wound,the higher the ~(144)Ce in differentviscera.During the period of examination(up to 128 days)the depositionof ~(144)Ce in viscera can be fitted to certain parabolic regression equations.For treating contaminated wound,the local injection of chelating agentssuch as DTPA is a excellent treatment with the exception of surgicalexcision.
