脱氮基础油后精制方法研究

摘    要:结合荆门分公司润滑油补充精制工艺实际情况,对现有脱氮-白土精制工艺条件进行了优化,找到了适宜的剂油比。对脱氮油采取不同补充精制方法进行了试验,试验结果表明:白土补充精制产品质量好,但收率低,废白土污染环境;加氢补充精制产品质量较好,收率高,但需增加脱氮油的沉降时间或采用过滤措施,以避免少量脱氮残渣沉积在反应器顶部,造成压降上升;溶剂补充精制产品质量较好,收率高,但产品中的极性物质较难抽提干净。

Abstract:According to the reality of lubricating oil finish refining process in Jingmen Petrochemical Branch, the denitrogen - clay refining technique conditions are optimized,getting the appropriate solvent - oil ratio. The contrast experiments of the different finish refining methods for the denitrified oil are performed. The results indicate that,the quality of the products from clay finishing is better,but the yield is lower and the waste clay will cause the environmental pollution;The quality of the products from hydrogen finishing is better, the yield is higher,but it is necessary to increase the subsidence time of denitrified oil or use the filter measure in order to avoid a little sediment depositing on the top of the reactor and causing the increment of the reactor's pressure; The quality of the products from solvent finishing is better and the yield is higher,but it is more difficult to extract clean the polar substance in oil.
