基于PLC与iFIX的闸门监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对大唐碧口水电站闸门监控系统已不能达到实时监控目的情况,提出了闸门自动控制系统组网方案,设计了PLC闸门现地控制单元,利用PLC中CPU模块所带的内置以太网卡实现了PLC和上位机的通信,并使用iFIX组态软件编制了上位机控制界面,实现了以PLC与组态软件构成的监控系统对碧口水电站4扇闸门的自动控制。实践证明该系统操作方便,性能稳定,自动化程度较高。

Abstract:Because the sluice supervisory and control system of Datang Bikou Hydropower Station has had the shortcoming of the weak real-time performance, a scheme of automatic sluice control system is presented. A local sluice control unit based on PLC technology is designed and the communication between the PLC and superior computer is realized by using the build-in Ethernet card which included in the PLC's CPU module. In addition, a control interface is designed by using the iFIX configuration software. By applying the local control units, communication network and configuration control interface the automatic control on the four sluices of the Datang Bikou Hydropower Station is successfully realized. The practice showed this system has advantages of convenient manipulation, stable running and high automation degree.
