| 摘 要： | 针对雷达研制生产过程中可能出现的各种涂覆质量问题与锈蚀情况,从物资采购、结构设计、工艺措施、生产过程防护与管理等方面进行合理的锈蚀原因分析和锈蚀鉴别。并有针对性地提供最佳解决方法和预防措施,切实做好雷达生产过程的防锈蚀工作,强调雷达研制厂所和相关配套厂家共同提高外观涂覆质量的重要性。

| Abstract: | According to all kinds of rust corrosion conditions and coatings quality problem during the develop and produce process of radar,the reasons for rust and corrosion are analyzed and identified from the aspects of material,structure design,technology and production.Then the optimum solution means and precaution measures are given,the rust corrosion is prevented completely during the production of radar.It is important to control the coatings quality by all equipments producer. |
