| 摘 要： | 针对670t/h煤粉锅炉在调整粉仓粉位时引起给粉机下粉不均,而严重影响机组安全及经济运行的问题,简要分析了给粉不均的现象、原因,并针对性地提出加装煤仓锥体缓冲装置的解决方案,改造后运行表明,效果明显,对发电企业解决给粉不均问题有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The coal powder feeding unbalance often appears on coal powder feeder when the coal level adjustment performed on the 670t/h pulverized coal fired boiler,which greatly influenced the safe and economic operation of units.This phenomenon is briefly described and its reason are analyzed in this paper Moreover,the corresponding solution and improving treatment are put forward,which provide some reference value to solve this problem for the generate electricity corporations. |
