机械镀锌层的孔隙率分析

摘    要:通过观察机械镀锌镀层的表面形貌和断口结构,分析了镀层中的孔隙分布,并用钢球堆积模型模拟了镀层中孔隙的分布情况。分析结果表明有两个主要的原因致使镀层不会产生水溶液介质的孔隙腐蚀:一是在镀层厚度方向上孔隙是独立的,不会相互连接形成通孔。二是孔隙的尺寸很小,水溶液不能渗入到孔隙,不能到达基体。分析结论通过孔隙率检验得以证实。

Abstract:Pore distribution was investigated by observing surface morphology and cross-section. Accumulating model of steel balls was used to simulate the pore distribution in the coating The pore distribution in the direction of coating thickness was self-existent and could not join to intercommunicating pore. The pore diameter was very tiny so that it could prevent hydrotropic solution entering into the pore. The study result was verified by porosity testing.
