| 摘 要： | 讨论了模具企业所存在的生产能力与生产任务不匹配的问题。分析了模具企业实施动态联盟的难点。结合东莞地区模具企业数字化、敏捷化趋势，提出了能够有效促进模具制造数字化、敏捷化的基于同构制造单元的多动态联盟制造模式。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problem that the production ability of die and mould enterprise can not match its production task, and analyses the obstacles for die and mould enterprise to construct dynamic alliance. According to the trend of agility and digitialization of the die and mould enterprises in Dongguan Prefecture of Guangdong, this paper proposes a multi-dynamic alliance mode based on similar structure manufacturing cells, which may promote the agility and digitalization of the die and mould enterprises |
