废弃黏土砖再生骨料对灌浆料性能的影响

摘    要:基于废弃黏土砖的再生利用和水泥基灌浆料的基本性能要求,采用多种方式对废弃黏土砖再生骨料进行强化处理,并利用强化后的再生骨料替代灌浆料中的天然骨料,从废弃黏土砖再生骨料取代量方面开展对灌浆料工作性能和强度的影响研究。研究结果表明:采用水泥净浆包裹方法对废弃黏土砖再生骨料进行改性,当水泥净浆水灰比为0.45时,再生骨料吸水率最小为21.4%,压碎指标最小为30.9%;采用水玻璃浸泡方法对废弃黏土砖再生骨料进行改性,当水玻璃浓度为5%,浸泡时间为1 h时,再生骨料压碎指标最小为21.1%,对应的吸水率为23.0%;当水玻璃浸泡改性后的再生骨料取代天然骨料的量为10%~30%时,灌浆材料满足早期和后期强度高、工作性好、自密实、不离析等灌浆料的要求。

Abstract:Based on the recycling of waste clay bricks and the basic performance requirements of cement-based grouting materials,it uses various methods to strengthen the recycled aggregates of waste clay bricks,and replaces the natural aggregates in the grouting materials with the regenerated aggregates.The effect of the amount of recycled aggregates on the performance and strength of the grout was investigated.The results show that when using cement paste wrapping method to modify recycled aggregate of waste clay bricks and the water-cement ratio of cement paste is 0.45.The minimum water absorption rate of recycled aggregate is 21.4%and the crushing index is30.9%.When using water glass immersion method to modify recycled aggregate of waste clay bricks and the water glass concentration is 5%,soak time is 1 hour,the minimum crushing index of recycled aggregate is 21.1%and the corresponding water absorption rate is 23.0%.When the replacement amount of regenerated aggregate after water glass immersion modification is 10%~30%,the grouting material satisfies the requirements of early strength,high strength,good workability,self-compacting and non-segregation.
