摘    要:分析了重油催化裂化装置主要运行参数及油浆结焦原因,采用多种优化运行措施,控制催化分馏塔底温度在335℃左右、液位在35%左右,提高油浆循环量,保证油浆外甩量,油浆系统线速增大到1.0 m/s以上,分馏塔底停留时间不大于7.00 min,适当注入阻垢剂,投用油浆过滤器等,解决了装置油浆系统结焦问题。

Abstract:The operation parameters and cause of coking were analysed in heavy oil atalytic cracking unit.The measures including controlling the fractionator bottom temperature at 335℃,the the liquid level at 35%,increasing the circulation of oil slurry,improving the slurry system line-speed at above 1.0 m/s,contolling the residence time in the bottom of the fractionator less than 7.00 minutes,using scale inhibitor,running the oil slurry filtration,were used,the coking problem of the oil slurry system was solved.
