摘    要:天然气在管道输送过程中往往存在超压问题,容易造成管道破裂,导致天然气泄漏、爆炸等事件,因此需要在天然气管道上设置放空系统。本文对引起天然气管道放空失效的各个因素进行系统分析,建立以天然气管道放空失效为顶事件的天然气管道放空失效故障树。通过利用故障树方法进行分析,计算基础事件导致管道放空失效的概率,寻找影响放空失效的根本原因,并提出了有效措施提高放空系统的可靠性。

Abstract:In order to prevent the overpressure of natural gas pipeline,which causes pipeline rupture,natural gas leakage,explosion and other accidents,venting systems were often installed in natural gas pipelines.This paper made a systematical analysis on the factors causing the venting failure of natural gas pipeline,and established the failure tree of natural gas pipeline exhaust failure which took the venting failure of natural gas pipeline as the top event.Through the analysis of the fault tree of natural gas pipeline,the probability leading to venting failure was calculated,the primary cause affecting the venting failure were found,and the corresponding measures were put forward to improve the reliability of the natural gas pipeline venting system.
