摘    要:为研究玻璃粉掺入混凝土的实际利用价值,介绍了价值工程分析法的基本原理,并运用该原理分别对玻璃粉掺量为10%、20%、30%的玻璃粉混凝土以及普通混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和抗碳化能力进行对比分析,得到不同种混凝土的功能系数;并计算4种混凝土生产过程的碳排放所导致的环境成本;最后分析了玻璃粉混凝土在实际工程中的性价比.所得结论显示虽然掺玻璃粉混凝土在功能性能方面略低于普通混凝土,但其环境成本小于不掺玻璃粉的混凝土,经计算得出玻璃粉混凝土性价比高于普通混凝土,并且当玻璃粉掺量为20%时性价比最高.

Abstract:In order to study the practical application value of glass powder mixed with concrete,introduces the basic principles of value engineering analysis method,and uses this principle to compare and analyze compressive strength,flexural strength and carbonization resistance of ordinary concrete and glass powder concrete with glass powder content of 10%,20% and 30% respectively.Analysis the environmental costs caused by the carbon emissions of this four concrete,and the cost performance of glass powder concrete in practical engineering.The conclusions show that although the glass powder concrete is slightly lower in mechanical properties than ordinary concrete,its environmental cost is lower than that of concrete without glass powder.It is calculated that the cost-effectiveness of glass powder concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete,and when the glass powder content is 20%,the cost performance is the highest.
