Abstract:Syngas was prepared by partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran on CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier,and the thermodynamic analysis of syngas production from chemical looping partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran with CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier was calculated by the Gibbs free energy minimization method.The effect of temperature,CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,and H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio on composition and proportion of the products were investigated.The results showed that the temperature has a significant effect on the partial oxidation of tetrahydrofuran to syngas on CoFe2O4 oxygen carrier.With the increasing of CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio,the molar fraction of syngas and H2 to CO molar ratio increased firstly then decreased.With the increasing of H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio,the molar fraction of syngas decreased and H2 to CO molar ratio increased.Under the conditions of 0.1 MPa,800℃,CoFe2O4 to tetrahydrofuran ratio of 0.75,H2O to tetrahydrofuran ratio of 0.13,the molar ratio of H2 to CO is 1 and the molar fraction of syngas is about 95%.
