摘    要:将试验制得的硅凝胶作为内养护材料,分别按胶凝材料质量的1%、3%、5%掺入到混凝土当中,通过对混凝土开裂面积、自收缩、强度以及耐久性等方面试验,分析硅凝胶对混凝土的内养护作用。结果表明掺加硅凝胶可以使混凝土的开裂面积减小45%。关于耐久性,硅凝胶的内养护作用使混凝土在经过冻融试验后强度损失仅降低8%,质量损失减小率达到30%。掺加5%硅凝胶的混凝土,抗渗能力明显提高。通过低场核磁共振测试发现掺加硅凝胶的混凝土孔隙结构细化;SEM图像显示裂缝明显减少。试验证明硅凝胶作为内养护材料对减小混凝土收缩开裂、提高耐久性效果显著。

Abstract:The silicone gel prepared by the test was used as an internal curing material,which was incorporated into the concrete according to 1%,3%,and 5% of the mass of the cementitious material,and tested by cracking area,self-shrinkage,strength and durability of the concrete.Analyze the internal curing effect of silicone gel on concrete.The results show that the addition of silicone gel can reduce the cracking area of concrete by 45%.Regarding durability,the internal curing effect of the silicone gel reduced the strength loss of the concrete by only 8% after the freeze-thaw test,and the mass loss reduction rate reached 30%.The concrete with 5% silica gel has obvious improvement in impermeability.The pore structure of the concrete with silica gel was refined by low-field NMR test.The SEM image showed that the crack was significantly reduced.Tests prove that silicone gel as an internal curing material has a significant effect on reducing shrinkage and cracking of concrete and improving durability.
