摘    要:某制加氢装置原料油与反应产物高压换热器E1103B采用Ω环式的密封结构,该换热器Ω密封环多次发生泄漏。文中综合考虑换热器密封结构、设备材质、工艺操作条件、操作介质、温度、压力等影响因素,采取了相应的改造措施,将易发生泄漏的Ω密封环改造为焊唇式密封结构。彻底解决了换热器频繁泄漏的问题。

Abstract:The high-pressure heat exchanger E1103B(hereinafter referred to as E1103B)of raw oil and reaction product of a hydrogenation unit was adopted the seal structure ofΩring which occured leakage for many times.This paper completely considered the influencing factors including the heat exchanger sealing structure,equipment material,process operating conditions and operating medium,temperature,pressure,took the corresponding improvement measures,and changedΩring to the welding lip seal structure that completely solved the problem of frequent leakage of heat exchanger.
