摘    要:乙烯装置裂解炉在运行过程中,对流段炉管表面易积垢,排烟温度升高,燃料气消耗量增加,造成翅片炉管寿命下降,能耗增加。为解决此问题,通过裂解炉对流段化学清洗的方式消除积垢,提高对流段盘管的导热性,裂解炉热效率得到改善。

Abstract:During the operation of cracking furnace in ethylene plant,it would appear the scale on surface of convection section furnace tube,temperature rising of the smoke exhaust and increase of fuel gas consumption,which resulted in the decline of the life of finned furnace tube and the increase of energy consumption.In order to solve this problem,the chemical cleaning of the convection section of the cracking furnace was used to eliminate the scale,enhanced the thermal conductivity of the coils in the convection section,and finally improved the thermal efficiency of the cracking furnace.
